			<description><![CDATA[ &gt;&gt;Don't ever assume that the Keller
          shells you buy, have flat edges. They never do. The first
          thing I do when I get them is true &amp; square them
          to the side of the shell. I have a 24&quot;,180 grit,
          sanding disk, mounted on a 1&quot; thick, 3 x 3'
          piece of plywood. These disks are available from McMaster
          Carr. They have a peel &amp; stick backing, so they
          stay where you put them. I work the shell in a figure 8... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Well...Im going to start dyeing and laquering my
          shells this weekend. Im allready to go and I just wanted
          to make sure I had a couple things straight. First
          off...how do I keep the dye from getting on the bearing
          edges?...just masking tape? And also I was going to
          double the amount of dye in the mixture because I want
          the color really dark (its black). I got 2 bottles of dye
          (which says it will normally do 2 quarts of water... ]]></description>

          you've applied it? doesnt this ruin what you've just
          done, does it hurt the stain you've applied? soooo yeah

          before dyeing or after? I know the water dyes raise the
