Drum Supply House / DrumMaker.com is relocating to Nashville, TN. We will be fully moved and operating from our new location by 11.8.04 - only a few short weeks from now. For the past 10 years, we've made our home 2 hours west, in Jackson, TN.
We are extremely excited about kicking off our second decade from our beautiful new shop located in the historic Germantown district of Nashville. Located, just 5 minutes northeast of downtown "Music City", our new shop offers larger, more efficient shipping and sales workspaces, nearly next door access to key suppliers, an expanded showroom for local and visiting walk in customers. Drum Supply House is well on track for future growth and better yet, expanded and improved product and service offerings to YOU, our valued customers.
We'd like to thank our current staff - Stacy, Mike, Shane and Dennis for their hard work in our Jackson location. They will all be running the shop as normal through the end of October, but are fairly anchored to the area with family and loved ones. If you need parts fast over the next few week, NOW is the time to get your orders placed. We will have about 9 days of shipping down time during the move - but do plan to keep phone lines open for orders and info all but two business days.
Our Moving Time line:
Friday 10.22.04 - Last day before move to ship any Covering or Drum Heads ( they will be packed for the move day's end). Phones still open as normal for orders and info.
Monday 10.25.04 - Last day to ship ANYTHING from our current Jackson shop. (all will be packed for the move remainder of this week). Phones still open as normal for orders and info.
Thursday 10.28.04/ Friday 10.29.04 - Phone lines closed for Jackson shop.
Monday 11.1.04 - (limited) Phone lines reopen in new Nashville shop. Shipping still down for new shop set up. Use our toll free 800 NEW DRUM. New Direct number will be posted here as available.
Week of 11.8.04 - Hope to resume phones/shipping as normal from new Nashville shop! We will ship as follows:
