It's a work in progress - I'm waiting on bubinga
hoops from Iron City Drumworks - but here's a snare I
recently built with a JTPco cherry stave shell
(3/4" thick) - Adonis lugs 3" offset
lugs, Ayotte "rack and pinion" snare
throwoff, and (for the moment) Pacific maple hoops.
Antique oil finish.
